Run the calculation

Run the calculation from the Review tab and document any adjustment to a computed figure.

Who does this: Preparer. You are the assigned Preparer. Adjustment controls show only while the Study is Draft.

Steps

Open the Study on the Review tab.
When the Study has no completed run, or its inputs changed since the last run, a band shows Run calculation. Select it.
The schedule stays in place while the run completes, and a status line reports the result.
To document a change to one figure, select Adjust in its row.
Enter the Adjusted amount and the Rationale, then select Save adjustment. The schedule shows the adjusted amount.

Good to know

Every figure stays Computed until the Reviewer signs off. Adjustments appear on the attestation the Reviewer reads before Sign-off.
