QuickBooks Online connection ended

TracePrep no longer has access to your QuickBooks Online company file.

What this means

TracePrep's connection to QuickBooks Online has been disconnected, either by your action inside QuickBooks Online or by the Intuit Developer Platform. TracePrep will not pull new accounting data from your company file until you reconnect.

Any TracePrep-stored copies of QuickBooks Online data are retained or removed according to TracePrep's data-handling practices. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

How to reconnect

  1. Go to Connect to QuickBooks.
  2. Click Connect to QuickBooks.
  3. Sign in to QuickBooks Online when prompted and choose the company file you want TracePrep to access.
  4. Review the requested scope and approve the connection.

How to revoke from QuickBooks Online directly

You can revoke TracePrep's access at any time from inside QuickBooks Online: Settings Apps Connected Apps, then choose Disconnect next to TracePrep.
