Reporting a QuickBooks Online connection issue
To help us resolve QuickBooks Online problems quickly, include:
- The TracePrep page or action you were on when the issue occurred (for example, Connect to QuickBooks).
- The QuickBooks Online company name (do not send credentials).
- A short description of what you expected versus what happened.
- The approximate timestamp and your local time zone.
- Any error message text shown on screen. Do not send screenshots that contain authorization codes, refresh tokens, access tokens, client secrets, or realm IDs.
If you believe credentials may have been exposed, write "urgent / credential exposure" in the subject line.
