Record Reviewer Sign-off
Check Sign-off readiness, read the attestation, and record Sign-off as the Reviewer of record.
Who does this: Reviewer. You are the current Reviewer of record, and every item under Sign-off readiness reads Ready.
Steps
- Open the Study on the Review tab and check Sign-off readiness. Each item reads Ready, Pending or Blocked, and a blocked item links to where it is fixed.
- When every item is ready, select Record Sign-off…. The Sign-off attestation dialog opens.
- Read what you are attesting to: the computed amount, the Relied-on evidence, flag dispositions, adjustments, and Reviewer-inspection coverage (non-blocking), the figures whose Lineage you opened.
- To go back without signing, select Return to review.
- To sign, select Record Sign-off. The Study moves to Finalized and its content freezes.
Good to know
Sign-off is permanent. A later correction goes through an amending Study, which keeps the original on the record.
