Download the Study report
Download the Study report, a zip with the deliverable and the Study record, from the Deliverable tab.
Who does this: Preparer, Reviewer, Firm Admin. You are assigned to the Study, or you are a Firm Admin. The Study is Finalized, Delivered or Superseded, and has a current rendered deliverable.
Steps
- Open the Deliverable tab.
- If the tab says the Study has no current rendered deliverable, the assigned Preparer selects Request render. Once the render finishes, reload the page. The button stays unavailable until you reload.
- Select Download report. Your browser starts downloading a zip file whose name ends in -export.zip.
- If the download fails, go back and reload the page, then select Download report again.
Good to know
While the button is unavailable, the Deliverable tab says why: the Study is not yet Finalized, it has no current rendered deliverable, or the download status could not be read. For the last one, reload the page.
The zip holds the rendered deliverable, the Study record with its schema and manifest, a guide for verifying the file, and the inputs the Study relied on. A snapshot travels as a file where its source allows it; otherwise the record keeps only its details.
