Export all of your Firm's Studies
Export your Firm's Finalized, Delivered and Superseded Studies as one zip, from the Firm page.
Who does this: Firm Admin. You are a Firm Admin. Your Firm has at least one Finalized, Delivered or Superseded Study, and no more than 50. Each of them has a current rendered deliverable.
Steps
- Open Firm in the app rail. Only a Firm Admin sees it.
- Under Bulk export, select Export all eligible Studies. The page confirms the request, and packaging runs in the background.
- Reload the page to see the progress. Each request shows its status, which reads published when the zip is ready.
- When the request shows published, select Download archive. Your browser downloads a zip file whose name starts with bulk-export.
Good to know
Draft and In Review Studies are not included.
If the page says the firm action could not be completed, reload the page. If no new request appears, check the precondition above: at least one and no more than 50 eligible Studies, each with a current rendered deliverable on its Deliverable tab. Then select Export all eligible Studies again.
If a request shows not_ready or failed, it produces no zip. A not_ready request lists the Studies it did not package, with a code on each one that needs fixing. Fix those Studies, then select Export all eligible Studies again.
The zip holds one zip per Study and a manifest that lists them. To download a single Study, use Download report on its Deliverable tab.
